Hey there,

If you have purchased the game through Epic Games, you will need to use the Epic Games launcher to launch the game while your EA app is running in the background and logged in to the EA account that is linked with your Epic Games account.

In case nothing happens when trying to launch the game directly from the Epic Games launcher, please try running both the EA app and Epic Games as an admin.
