Banned After False Detection (5 Appeals Denied)

Hi, I was permanently banned from FC 25 on PC for alleged cheating and progression boost. I’ve submitted 5 appeals via EA Help, all denied. I never used any cheating tools — only PaleTools to help ...

I’m attaching two screenshots:

 

1. My DSAR report (Request #2623557), which shows:

   - A previous ban in 2024 for “Economic Advantage” that was deleted by EA.

   - My current ban in 2025 for “Progression Boost,” now marked ACTIVE.

 

2. The ban email from EA stating that my account was flagged for cheating.

   - I believe this is a system-level false positive, just like in 2024.

 

I’ve always played fairly and never used gameplay cheats or coin services.

I’m just asking for a proper manual review.
