I bought FC 25 about 2-3 weeks ago but I was banned before I could play it. They didn't add the reason. I appealed 5-6 times but I didn't receive any response. I contacted live support 4-5 times and still no solution. If this continues I will complain. They are not providing any help to the customer. How can you be banned without playing the game?
Community ManagerHi there. You should have received an email with the general reason for the ban. You can open a case and have an advisor tell you this same reason though. Just don't select that you're disputing a ban. That will go to ToS and they will not discuss the reason for the ban with you. Cases can be opened by following the instructions here.
I didn't receive any emails. I checked again after you warned me but I couldn't find anything. However, I was banned before I even played the game and they won't unban me. No one cares about this. What kind of a company is this?
