black screen but i hear sound in the backgound

I send you this photo of the game because i have tried everything and i dont know what else i should do i have unistall and install the game again nothing changed then i redownloaded my drivers nothing changed the same with ea app i cleared the cache. Please help me ! The game opens normally but after i choose my profile i can hear the ea sports its in the game but the screen is black and the loading logo down in the middle then i press x on my controller and it goes to the menu without the menu being at the left but again if i move the left analog i can hear it switching between them but nothing shows up
