Black screen
my monitor goes black as well as my keyboard and mouse but my pc is still on while being on fifa for a couple of mins, tried everything to fix it like updating drivers and nothing works

Welcome to EA Forums! Some info/troubleshooting steps:
- Download and install all available Windows Updates
- Make sure your display is connected to your GPU and not the motherboard video output
- Run System File Checker to ensure the integrity of your Windows System files
- Perform a clean boot before starting the game
- Check your machine meets the below requirements:
Minimum
OS - Windows 10 - 64-Bit (Latest Update).
Processor(AMD) - AMD Ryzen 5 1600
Processor(Intel) - Intel Core i5 6600k
Memory - 8GB
Graphics Card(AMD) - RX 570
Graphics Card(Nvidia) - GTX 1050 Ti
Direct X - 12
Online Connection Requirements - 512kbps
Hard Drive Space - 100 GB
Thanks.my machine meets all the minimum requirements, i’ve checked my display and it’s connected to my gpu, i’ve done all windows updates, done the file checker and i still get a black screen

Thanks for that info. Please post your newly generated Dxdiag report and add that here. That report has lots of technical info that will help us to help you.
How do I generate a Dxdiag report?

Trust me I had the same issue ea does not help plus if you have amd gpu forget it they work better in nvidia
