black screen!!!

Thanks for that. Below are some troubleshooting steps that should help. Please note there are issues in your Dxdiag report that indicate a possible hardware issue (RAM issue maybe), the items related to BEX64.

  1. Download and install all available Windows Updates
  2. Clear the EA app cache
  3. In the EA app, click on the game and then Manage, Repair
  4. Run System File Checker to help ensure the integrity of your Windows System files
  5. Perform a clean boot before starting

EA_Barry​ tried all these steps just and my fifa still went into a black screen when i just tried it

    If you feel comfortable getting inside your PC case, you could reseat the RAM. It is possible the RAM is not seated correctly. It is also possible a RAM stick if faulty and may need to be replaced. Thanks.
