8 months agoThanks for that. Below are some troubleshooting steps that should help. Please note there are issues in your Dxdiag report that indicate a possible hardware issue (RAM issue maybe), the items related to BEX64.
- Download and install all available Windows Updates
- Clear the EA app cache
- In the EA app, click on the game and then Manage, Repair
- Run System File Checker to help ensure the integrity of your Windows System files
- Perform a clean boot before starting
