Bought FC 25 but still has the upgrade option to buy the full game again

Good day&nbsp;Please assist, I bouth the FC 25 game in the Microsoft store and after installing the game it has the upgrade option to buy the game again and unlock the full game&nbsp;What could be the problem&nbsp;&nbsp;

Having similar issue. Ever since the update in December the game is stuck in Showcase mode even though I had the full version for a month prior to that.
