Bought FC 25 but still has the upgrade option to buy the full game again

Good day

Please assist, I bouth the FC 25 game in the Microsoft store and after installing the game it has the upgrade option to buy the game again and unlock the full game

What could be the problem

Having similar issue. Ever since the update in December the game is stuck in Showcase mode even though I had the full version for a month prior to that.

yes me too I can't play the full version even though I bought it
