Bought FC points from the store and never got the

Hi I moved to Canada couple of months ago from Emirates. So my PS account si from emirates. I charged my PSn account with PSN points and bought an FC 25 points card. I have never received it. I supp...

    If it says 1 under remaining, then unfortunately we can't help and you'll need to reach out to PlayStation support. Hopefully they'll get back to you soon so you can get your points.

Hello i just checked and it is fc 25. However further inquiries i saw " remainingg =1" on my ps5 transaction which means PSN never sent the points. I also heard it might be because of sony block when countries are different. I am trying to get ahold of an agent from emirates but impossible
