buying fc25 on ea app after if I already have it on steam

I already have fc 25 on my steam account thats linked to my ea account. but now I have a problem accessing my steam account and can no longer play fc 25. Can I unlink my steam account so that the game is removed from my ea library and then buy it on the ea app. if yes, will i still have access to the web app ?
