Can’t claim a majority of premium rewards on premium season pass

I just bought the season pass while I was at level 21 so I claimed the 10k cup from level 20 but after that I couldn’t claim any of the premium rewards from 21 onwards to 31 so I can’t get flashback ...

I had the same problem, I then restarted my console and the issue was fixed hopefully it works for you too.
