Can’t claim pack, can't redeem item

Question

So i opened the premium bronze pack, and within that pack i got a bronze pack. But when i try to claim this pack the game kicks me out of the store. It does the same on the apps but it loggs me out when this happens.

now i can’t open packs anymore because i have a unclaimed item.
