Can’t log out of ultimate team

I have a strange situation 

I played my 10 hour ea play trial but I didn’t get the chance to sign out of ultimate team properly. So whenever I try log onto the companion app or web app it tells me to log out of ultimate team on my device. I’m not able to purchase the game just yet either. Any help would be greatly appreciated thank you.
