Can’t open packs there was a problem connecting to the football ultimate team

I bought fc point on Wednesday bought a seasonal supply pack for the sp and it gave me a free breakthrough pack that I cannot redeem and it won’t let me use my point for packs and can’t open any pack gained through objectives just keep saying there was a problem connecting &nbsp;to the football ultimate team survers playing in Xbox one gamer tag Edgehogg 79please can someone help as I don’t want to miss out finishing season 5 please&nbsp;
