Pack not opening

  • Platform: PS5
  • PSN/Xbox Gamertag: Ac1d_wraap
  • Name of the pack you opened: seasonal boost 
  • Name of the pack inside that got you stuck: extra gold pack (can’t remember name)
  • Did you buy the pack on the console or web app ? (Console)
  • Approximate timestamp: 7-9pm not sure what time. 

 

pls fix this issue. It’s unacceptable to not open packs when fut birthday is literally tomorrow. If not give compensation.
