Can’t connect to server

hello, when trying to connect with server on FC25 a white window appears saying , welcome back! Your login credentials have expired, but all you need to do is reset your password, scan the QR code below to get started………I have done this numerous times but this window keeps appearing with the same message. 
please can anyone help I’m running out of ideas 🤬
