Can’t log on due to verification issue, but isn’t letting me on live chat.

Last week when I tried log online on eafc I got a verification message to send a code to my email but nothing sends, same with a secondary email and phone number. I’ve tried for a week to get on to the live chat but with no hope I can’t find where you talk to someone cause the chat box just doesn’t appear? Can Anyone can help please.
