Can not download fc25 on ps4 after deleting

I have the premium edition, refused to download the latest update 1.26 so I deleted the game then tried to download it from the library again but it doesn't accept  With error from server Http stat...

Recently my PS4 is broken so I bought a new one. When I tried to download my EAFC 25 the download I always stop at 45GB and then I got notification who said"Can't download the game" and said it was "An error Occured on the" server+HTTP Status Code 403) (CE40851-8)
