Cannot complete SBC on console or companion app

I'm having problems completing an SBC. I tried submitting on console a couple of times and it threw me out of the game. I then logged back in and backed out to the menu and tried on companion app. To no avail.

I then followed the advice on the message from companion app below:

"Disconnected gameplay session"

"These players cannot be moved because of a previously disconnected gameplay session. Please log back into your console and back out of FUT to the main FIFA menu"

I went back on console, played a game then backed out to the main menu again. I went on companion app but still getting the same error message.

Is it possible to get this fixed so that I can complete the SBC?
