Cannot connect to EAFC 25 servers

Got kicked out of a online game and when I try to connect into ea servers again they don’t let me get in

Hello! I can’t connect to EA FC 25 servers. “in order to access the online features for this title you must be signed in to the EA server. See ea.com/unable-to-connect

I’ve tried to restart my console, the router, to reconnect the lan cable, but still not working.

  @EA_Barry We purchased FC 25 Ultimate edition. We were able to play Ultimate Team online until 2 days ago. Now we cannot connect to the servers. Given that we purchased the game, do we need Game Pass or EA Play to be able to connect to the servers and play ultimate team?
