Cannot Connect to Online Services – SSL Connect Error (PS5)

I’m experiencing an issue with connecting to online services in EA Sports FC 25 on my PlayStation 5. Every time I try to access any online feature (Ultimate Team, Seasons, etc.), I receive the following error:

SSL connect error – ERROR: 0x00000023, SSLError: 0x00000000

Here’s what I’ve already tried (none of them solved the issue):

  • Rebuilt PS5 database in Safe Mode
  • Deleted and reinstalled the game
  • Switched between different networks (home Wi-Fi and mobile hotspot)
  • Changed MTU and DNS settings
  • Confirmed correct date & time
  • Ensured my EA account is properly linked to my PSN account
  • Logged into EA.com with no issues or account warnings
  • My game is 100% official and purchased legitimately

Despite all these steps, I still get the SSL error. .

    Hello friends
Exactly, I did all these steps on PS5, but the problem was not solved.
Of course, I was able to solve this problem once by unlinking the EA account with PSN and linking it again
    However
After closing the game once and reopening it, this problem occurred again, and because there is a limit on the number of times an account can be linked to PSN in a day, this method is not the answer.
I also corresponded with EA's online chat, but I did not get any results and they promised to follow up on this problem.

If you live in a sanctioned country like Iran, Cuba, Russia, or Belarus, like me, your online connection will be problematic. The way I've found so far is to set up a VPN on the modem itself, not on the console
