Cannot make substitutions in game play on XBox 1 EAFC25

I cannot make substitutions during a match in Career Mode on the XBox One. Furthermore, when this occurs I can't even revert back to the game and resume playing without making subs. I am just stuck i...

Its been 8 months since you raised this, and I am still getting the same bug. I can't pause at times, and I cannot sub my players out at times. I can't even reformulate my strategy after a red card. I've played games since '91, but this is by far the buggiest game I've ever played. Its unplayable! Horrific waste of money.
