Can't connect to Ultimate Team!

Hey guys,

I try to connect to ultimate Team since 6 days and can't get in! 1st i thought i was hacked, so i changed all my passwords but that wasnts the problem!

I also didnt have a Ban from EA so i dont know what i should do?

Did anyone struggle with the same problem?

I wrote to the EA Support but they cant help me, the send me an anwser about something complete different. 

I swear this game Breaks me!

If someone struggle with the Same and know what to do please help me!
