Can't connect/frequently disconnecting on BT/EE internet

I have the same problem and the method you mentioned does not work. (PC-Steam). UT also gives the same error even in battle and moments mode. While browsing through Squad, Club, Stadium items, it takes me back to the main menu. At the beginning, end or middle of the matches, it takes me back to the main menu from UT and considers the match as lost. My internet connection is good, my PC performance is good. Despite doing all the necessary things, I could not solve the problem for 2 weeks..

Summary of Issue: I find it hard to connect to UT, i get in one out of four times i click on UT it usually says "ultimate team is unavailable right now" or something similiar. Constantly disconnecting from menus when doing SBC's, navigating menus and changing players in squad and during matches in UT. In every online mode, some matches are concluded normally but at least every three or four games i get either disconnected right after kickoff saying i lost my connection to the servers or after match finished with the error "EA servers can't process my request at the moment". I don't experience any problems with my internet, recently I tried playing fc24 and didn't experience any problems like this.

Potential Repro Steps (Which game mode is affected, and when does this error occur? Does it happen every time? etc.): Every online mode is effected. Sometimes i can play three or four games back to back normally then it happens, other days it happens right after i log in. I couldn't really determine why or when it happens but I'm suspecting if the last game wasn't finished normally (if opponent or you concede the game) gettting a DC is more likely

Could you please let me know what your Internet service provider is? Is your connection type cable or Wifi? 

Have you already tried changing DNS settings or other steps?

I am having the same issue - using BT Business Broadband (and their BT Business Hub). I am not being affected with any other services other than EA FC 25. I am connected via LAN but same issue with wifi. Cannot yet test with mobile hotspot but not keen on the amount of data I'll be charged to do this!

***edit*** I have now tested using Mobile Hotspot (using O2) and was able to connect however this is not a great test as clearly I cannot connect with both networks at once. As it happens I immediately switched back to LAN and was able to connect. HOWEVER - this is the issue - it is a very intermittent connectivity issue; sometimes REally really bad other times just bad and other times simply cannot connect to the Ulimate Team (I am connecting to the servers though just not the game)
