Cant launch FC 25 from EA app if i have steam version installed

I have a problem. I have FC 25 as a steam version aswell as an EA app version. I have two copies of the game basically.  The problem im facing is that when steam version is installed, i cant launch ...

Update: I cant launch the game from EA app (ea app version installed on PC) since it says "Download" with a grey color. So i cant click it.
