Cant launch FC 25 from EA app if i have steam version installed

I have a problem. I have FC 25 as a steam version aswell as an EA app version. I have two copies of the game basically.  The problem im facing is that when steam version is installed, i cant launch ...

@zenqyyy Thinks that i have done:

Reinstalled EA app and cleared Cache
Performed a clean boot of windows 11 according to your advisors
Uninstalled both versions of the game and then reinstalled them one by one
