Can't receive new milestone rewards.

I've completed a few objectives including rush and rivals over 20 games and although the objectives say complete when I click on the reward it says can't connect to ea servers and closes game. Has anyone else had this on the Nintendo switch version 1st time I've had any issues with the game tbh. Cheers
