Can't Verify EA Login due to Old Email

Every time I try to log in to ultimate team on my xbox it asks me to verify my ea account via email, but the email I used for the account has since then been deleted. I have tried to navigate the ea help site numerous times to access live chat to actually speak to a human being, but every time I attempt to open a new case or click one of the articles outlining steps to resolve the issue or to access live chat, there is no option to live chat. I have been trying this for hours, I have contacted my old email provider and they can't recover my email, and the lack of support from EA has been very frustrating. I just want to speak to someone who can help me resolve my issue.
