Career mode flags and banners missing at generic stadiums

The last 2 versions have had this serious design/coding error... I sometimes feel like im the only one who sees all the small details gone wrong, and its highly frustrating. I honestly feel the designers for EA FC are not football fans , they are just designers who do codes, these small details are everything in the game.

When choosing any team who plays at a generic stadium , the home team NEVER have banners or flags and the crowd is just BORING AF! The away team have all the banners but the home team nothing.

ALSO, has anyone else noticed you cant create atmosphere in the career mode but then when choosing a stadium as a new club you can. 

OH and one more point - when the home team is loosing badly the crowd start to leave, but the coding has the away team ( who are winning ) also have left the stands. They need to differentiate the coding to the team who is loosing the fans can leave the stadium during the game and then a new coding to allow the away team who is winning to actually stay in the stand ( as they are winning, why would they leave...) 

Who else has spotted these HUGE errors?
