claiming pack issue

I have a pack that i redeemed from a promo pack (the 3 totw pack) everytime I try to claim it it says there is an error and kicks me off and doesn’t claim it and I have so many packs in the store that I can’t open because of this issue , everytime I try to open a different pack it says “hmm seems like there is a few things you have to claim” then when I try to claim it it gives me the error message and kicks me out the store, fix this asap please! It’s been like this for almost 4 days now!
