I am reaching out to report an issue I encountered in FIFA’s Club Pro mode. I recently noticed an unexplained loss of levels on my player without any apparent reason. This regression negatively impacts my gaming experience and does not seem to be related to any sanction or action on my part.

 

I would appreciate it if you could look into my situation and, if possible, restore my original level. Here are some details to assist with your analysis:

• Platform: PS5

• Level before the loss: 87-88

• Approximate date of the loss: 02/21/2025
