Me and my friends had exactly the same problem AND we are division 3 too so in other divisions it probably works but in div 3 not.

How are they gonna fix this because this is holding us back we are playing for nothing.

I think you’re right and it is just division 3 we finally managed to get promoted and had no issues going from 2 to 1 or 1 to elite, good luck it took us about a week to eventually get lucky enough to not encounter the issue still no resolution off EA either
