Clubs: there has been a problem with your online information. Please try again.

After a clubs match, I click on the next match option and I get a screen like this. When I close and open the game, I can re-enter my teammates and start the game. But closing and opening the game af...

I am still having this issue on pc. After I play one game in clubs, I click next match and I get this notification every time. The only fix I have been able to do is close app and reopen. Then I have to do this everytime I want to play clubs. For example if I want to play 5 club matches. I would have to close app and reopen 5 times. It will not keep me in the team channel.
