Companion app Login issue

I have been trying to log on to the webapp/companion app for the past week, I can log onto the ea app just fine and the game itself. i actively play Ultimate Team, but I keep getting this issue with the companion app on my laptop browser, my iPhone and my Samsung tablet. I've tried contacting support several times but they've been unable to help and suggested I post it here. My friends can log on to their web apps just fine. So I wonder why i can't log onto the webapp with the right credentials but can still log on to the game and the EA app. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Cheers

    Are you using the same network for all devices when logging in?

    Same problem here. In addition, I don't have access to the season pass in-game. I’ve tried using a different network, but nothing seems to work. It appears to be an issue affecting everyone playing through Xbox Game Pass.

    Per risolvere questo problema devi disattivare dal tuo account l’autenticazione a due fattori e funziona.Io ho risolto

    In questo modo visualizzi il Season Pass.Mentre per la companion app non c’é una soluzione

    the same error is happening to me, and the worst thing is that my season pass simply disappeared, I can't access it because it says it is "unavailable"

    Yes i am. I even moved back to my place in London recently and even different networks do not help the matter

    ohh i haven't had the season pass problem mostly just the webapp issue but someone below suggested a fix for the season pass issue SureTea0​
