companion app sending reset to email i dont have

hi guys i am trying to get into the companion app it keeps sending reset password links but its to an old closed email account. how can i get around this please as it also says send to mobile but thats an old mobile. its linked to my ps5 so dont want to create a brand new one and lose all my team
