Companion App/Web App Market Not Opening

i've done everything to get it opened its giving me big disadvatange, i've contacted ea help multiple times still nothing they tell me to play more or more game modes even the ones i played alot before, i've played the game for 2 months straight everyday more than 10 games alot of gamemodes, i played every gamemode in ultimate team multiple times i've played division, futchamps, freindlies, squad battles, rush, drafts, still the team of ea help tell me i haven't played ut ?? so i feel like im not getting tracked, i played career mode player and manager, i played pro clubs once or twice but don't enjoy it alot, i played kick-off what else can i do i've played the game straight for 2 months without missing except 3-4 days, so idk whats wrong really, i hope my situation gets looked into more and track the games i played
