So i was having a chat with anfaul, not very helpful but they told me to make a thread on this topic, i have no idea how to fix it ive made a new password, reset my pc and router, reinstalled the game cleared the game cache and nothing has worked all day
I'm also facing this issue and I don't know how to fix it. My PC is fine, internet speed is 500 MB/s, but can't connect to Ultimate Team... This persists since yesterday!
Community ManagerHey! Are you currently connected via cable or Wi-Fi? Have you checked with your internet service provider (ISP) to see if there are any ongoing issues with the local network?
If the problem only occurs in Ultimate Team, try using the web app or companion app to create a new squad with different players and tactics, and then set it as your main squad. This might help resync your account.
