Can you please start by creating a brand new squad with different players from those on the current squad? Use different tactics and formations. Then, set the new squad as your main one and delete the previous one. You can do that from the Ultimate Team companion app.
I have tried that as well and it doesn’t work do you know if they will try to fix this eventually sucks that we pay for this game and can’t even play it. If anything a refund would be great!
I have also tried this method and it hasn't worked for me either.

the network is the problem because i tried with phone hotspot and it works. But the home network works on everything else except fc25
