Connection

Hello guys,maybe someone can answer me how i need to fix my ms? Before new year i was playing on 8-10 ms and now 24-30ms .My ISP say that is everything okay with my connection,and i dont know what to do that 8-10ms come back to me.Im really sad and dont enjoy when im playing on 24-30ms
