Connectivity issues
Why do I keep being logged out of ultimate team on FC 25 . I have good internet connection and no account issues. Can’t even Finnish an sbc without it freezing or kicking me out.

Hi there. We should go through some connection troubleshooting. I'd like you to run the Connection Quality Report and get me a screenshot of the overall score as well as the match history. You can find the button for that on the left side of the screen. Thanks!
EA_AljoThis is nothing new as it's been happening for months. Connectivity issue? Well, multiple broadband tests give me great/excellent connectivity. with latency of 8-10 m/s but your connectivity tests double that.
Tried to attach Word doc with multiple screenshots but you don't accept that.
I work from home using wireless connection - video calls, internet phone calls, access to work servers have no issues.
Wired connection to same router. Stop/start playing in all match modes within Ultimate Teams. Waste of time trying to play any of the online game modes in Ultimate Teams except Rush as at least other players on your team can continue playing until connection catches up but even that mode has worsened.
Two games in last couple of days I've ended up being the only player on team, all others controlled by CPU AI as they've lost connection/
Honestly this is such a joke, complete waste of time and money
