Constant CE-108255-1 Error on PS5

Hello,

I have a constant problem with error CE-108255-1 while playing UT, but only when opponent rage quits and it counts as a loss for me even if I was winning. Can someone please explain what's happening? It is a glitch, a cheat or something? It happens frequently since November, I've tried everything that I read on this forum, even reset the console or change the resolution settings, but it didn't change anything, the error still persists. There is nothing wrong with the PS5 as this is the only game where this is happening.

Can someone please tell me what to do?

    Having the same problem and it wasn’t an issue for a while until the most recent update to EA FC 25. Usually launching the PS5 in safe mode and clearing the cache can work, but from my own experience the issue is significantly worse than before. It used to only happen in Squad Battles, but now it’s happening in Rivals, Champs and even when trying to do SBCs. The error code itself is just a generic code for your game crashing and 99% of the time the game developer is the cause for that crash, usually when a broken update comes out. So until EA fix their problem, get used to either constantly clearing the cache, reinstalling, or crashing out.
