Constant high ping 98+ in rivals / champs

For some reason every time I play rivals and champs I am getting a very bad connection with pings between 90 - 120ms.

And please don't tell me it's my connection because I get a score of 98 in the EA connection quality report:

Is there something wrong with the servers?

Please help because rivals and champs is unplayable.
