Constant packet loss XBOX Series S

I've been playing EA FC since the day it was launched and I've never had any problems with my connection, but since a week ago it became impossible to play due to crashes due to lost packets.

I already called the Internet company, they changed several settings and nothing solved my problem. I also changed several settings on the console and nothing. I would like to know if anyone is currently experiencing this and what I can do to resolve it. Thanks!
