Hey albk5hl1rnwj What's the model of the controller you are using? Have you tried to remove it from the device manager and then reconnect?

i have tried another controller, ps5 and ps4, i have removed it yes from the device manager yet its crashing without giving any error, that happens in career mode and FUT i haven't tried in any other mode except for those and normal kickoff yet normal kickoff works fine
