Controller Problem FC25

Hello Everyone, so i updated my OS To windows 11 and i was playing just normally until 2 days ago when i ever tried to enter the game reaching me to choose the save file in the beginning, it suddenly Get out from the game, it turned out that my controller was the problem, so i but a new controller and the same issue continues, i tried to disconnect the XBOX 360 controller and turn the game on, and it works very well and totally normal, so i tried everything, for now and i believe i still missing the angle here, 2 separated controller, one is with bluetooth mode and the other is weird, and the game works with the mouse and keyboard, please help me😞
