Coop Rivals match not counting progress for secondary player

Hi, in the last hours i played a lot of Rivals CO-OP games with a friend. He is the lobby captain. Everything was fine, but suddenly the game results were not counting for me.

We had this problem in the last 4 games and decided to stop playing. We restart our games and internet routers, but the problem persisted.

Everything was perfect in the games, no disconnects, 1 90min win, 2 draw and 1 win after the opponent disconnected with 3-1 for us.

We both play in PS5.

After the game finishes, the progress bar did not move, i received +0 champions points. Reward points are updated, but after i go back to the menus they go back to what it was before.

Who can we fix it? Is this just a delay or my games really were not counted? Can they be counted?
