CRITICAL BUG IN THE SQUAD TACTICS MENU IN MANAGER CAREER MODE

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Start a match in Career Mode as a manager, beginning from the second half (or sometimes the first). If you swap players' positions or make manual substitutions, the game often doesn’t let you exit the menu or continue the match, and the players don’t switch positions. The only solution is to close the game. It’s IMPOSSIBLE to play.
What happens when the bug occurs? The game gets stuck in the tactics menu, and you can’t continue the match because the BACK button doesn’t work. Everything else functions except for the BACK button, which stops working only at the very end when trying to return to the game. This happens both during match simulations and when I play manually, or when alternating between these modes—it doesn’t matter. The game just doesn’t work.
What should be happening instead? I have to either substitute players or leave everything as it is and return to the match.
