Cross-Platform Issue: Can’t Invite My Friend in FC 25

I play FC 25 on PS5, while my friend plays on PC. We want to play together, but only I can invite him; he can’t see or invite me. Additionally, we want to play with his squad, but we can only start the game with mine. Could you please provide support to help resolve this issue?
