Did not receive a reward for watching FC Pro Open

Did not receive a reward for watching the fifth day of the FC Pro Open.

I watched the broadcast for even more than an hour and a half, but they didn’t give me anything for watching, although they should have, as before. There were no such problems before.

Having the same problem both this week and last my twitch account is linked and they have told me to contact ea support but can’t actually chat to them
