Diego’s Dream

Namely, while I was doing the wing upgrade in Diego's Dream upgrade, even though I finished the upgrade quests, I cannot do the next upgrade and since it appears to be of a different rarity, I cannot upgrade it to 92 right now. Is there anyone who has encountered the same problem or what is the solution?
