Doku disappearing out of the field

I don’t know anytime I use Manchester city doku disappears out of the field and if I try to sub him out no player will come in and will continue playing with 9 players even after the halftime he won’t still come in or the other player, please fix this error, this is not the first time or second time this is happening, sometimes I play with 8 players without no red card
